The 5-Day Spring Into Summer is a led group program that shows you a simple system to start feeling and looking your best in less than a week.


From June 2 - June 6, you’ll learn how to create new habits that help you reclaim your energy, feel lighter and kiss your bloated belly goodbye.


We'll develop a practical routine you can stick to that works with any food restrictions or health conditions – even if nothing has worked for you until now.

We’ll replace all those weird shakes, powders and restrictive diets with plenty of real, delicious food (including chocolate!) to make you feel awesome.

I’m a Certified Exercise Physiologist who has learned that it takes more than exercise to live your best life - so I became a Certified Health Coach to help others.


After cheering on my boys to strive for their dreams, it was time for me to practice what I was preaching. InCourage Health, LLC officially kicked off in June 2023 with health coaching for godly-loving women whose kids have moved out and menopause is setting in. A whole new set of challenges!


My passion is to spend time with God, family and friends, cook and eat healthy and delicious foods (including DARK chocolate), eliminate harsh chemicals from my home, and to be as active as I can, including hobbies like woodworking and getting my hands dirty in the garden. Oh, and I kind of love my dogs! LOL

1 – When does the 5-Day Spring Into Summer start?

The program runs June 2 - 6, 2024 with the LIVE Kick Off on Saturday, June 1st.


2 – Who is this for?

Essentially, it’s for anyone who’s tired of being tired, bloating and moody and who wants to rediscover what feeling GOOD actually feels like.


3 – What’s included?

The 5-Day Spring Into Summer includes access to all live sessions, a course guide and all-new recipes on the meal plan (with recipes from food bloggers who are personal friends - I know! I’m loving that, too!) to help you get the most out of our 5 days together.


In addition, you’ll get access to my private community, where you can connect with the other participants.


4 – What if I'm traveling or otherwise unavailable during those dates?

It depends. If you're backpacking through Europe, getting married or having a baby...this probably isn't the right time for you. But if it's a simple business trip or your birthday happens to fall in the middle of our 5 days, we can work around that. In fact, it can be incredibly beneficial to learn how to navigate an "imperfect" schedule and still take care of yourself.


5 – Is the 5-Day Spring Into Summer safe while breastfeeding or pregnant?

It is safe but not recommended during pregnancy. You have enough going on. Nursing moms are welcome as long as you are getting adequate sleep.


6 – What if I'm gluten-free, dairy-free or have other dietary restrictions?

No problem. The principles of the 5-Day Spring Into Summer apply to everyone. However, some recipes may not apply to you. Feel free to substitute as you prefer.


7 – I did the 5-Day January Jumpstart. How is the Spring Into Summer different?

I’m amping it up. It will include an additional online session on Day 3 and all new, totally yummy recipes! And, did I mention the food bloggers? Their recipes are amazing!! Oh, and there’s a new springy color scheme, too. 🌷😊


8 – What happens after I register?

Once I receive your email request to join, you’ll receive an email that contains everything you need to make sure you’re locked and loaded to kick things off on SATURDAY, JUNE 1ST.


This includes your personal Zoom link to join our meetings, access to the Spring Into Summer Guide, our private community and some delicious meal ideas.


9 – Can I really expect to see significant changes in how I look or feel after just 5 days?

Well, that depends on what you consider a “significant change.”


Drop a pound or two? Yes. Feeling less bloated and more energized? Absolutely. But don’t expect to lose 20 lbs or magically cure the health issues that have been bugging you for years,
